Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of properties in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, ensuring tenant satisfaction and maintaining property standards. You will be responsible for coordinating all property operations, from tenant communications to maintenance management.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily property operations and maintenance.
• Respond to tenant requests and resolve complaints effectively.
• Prepare and manage budgets and financial performance for properties.
• Conduct property inspections and oversee repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Foster positive tenant relationships to encourage renewals.
• Manage lease documentation and tenant records accurately.
• Produce performance reports and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or similar field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in property management or related fields

Technical Skills

• Property Compliance
• Financial Reporting

Certifications

• Professional Property Manager Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
