• Lead the hotel team in delivering outstanding hospitality.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
• Master's degree is an advantage
• Customer Service Extensive experience in ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Financial Management Proficient in budgeting and financial planning.
• Leadership Strong ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Certified Hospitality Manager (CHM)
• First Aid and CPR certification
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)
