Job Description

We are seeking a talented Restaurant Chef to join our culinary team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a zest for cooking and a flair for creating innovative dishes that reflect our commitment to quality and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute menus for special events and catering.
  • Engage with guests and respond to feedback regarding food quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and workspace.
  • Ensure timely preparation and service of all dishes.
  • Participate in menu planning and item pricing.
  • Perform quality checks on all food items served.

Requirements

Education
  • Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
Experience
  • 5+ years of cooking in a recognized restaurant
