As a UX Designer at our Cape Town office, you will design and improve user interactions across our platforms. Working closely with developers and stakeholders, you'll ensure our designs are not only beautiful but also user-friendly. This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to iterate based on user feedback. Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior and metrics to craft functional UI designs.
• Create engaging storyboards to illustrate user journeys.
• Collaborate with content strategists to align messaging with design.
• Develop and refine user flows and navigation structures.
• Facilitate design feedback sessions and user testing workshops.
• Evaluate design solutions against industry benchmarks and standards.
• Contribute to branding efforts through effective visual design.
• Document best practices and learnings to evolve the design process.
• Support the content creation team with UX-focused graphics.
• Engage with users to gather qualitative data for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio

Technical Skills

• Sketch

Certifications

• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
