Responsibilities

• Utilize various research tools and methodologies to assess user interactions.
• Create detailed reports of research findings with recommendations for improvement.
• Engage with end-users throughout product development to validate concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing to align user research with business objectives.
• Support the design team in creating wireframes and prototypes based on user research.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction or Psychology

Experience

• 3+ years of UX research experience

Technical Skills

• Survey Design
• A/B Testing

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Problem Solving

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages

• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience with Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Agile project management and design sprints.
• Understanding of front-end development: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to facilitate communication with developers.
