We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Bloemfontein team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly. Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries and support requests promptly and efficiently.
• Help configure system settings and troubleshoot network issues.
• Keep detailed records of support requests and their resolutions.
• Assist in maintaining the company's IT documentation and user manuals.
• Participate in team meetings to provide updates on ongoing support activities.
• Contribute to the development of IT programs and user training sessions.
• Evaluate user needs and provide solutions to enhance user experience.
• Implement security protocols and assist in maintaining networks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Professional certifications preferred (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft)

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, ideally in a corporate environment
