We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations. You will coordinate with stakeholders and manage project timelines to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering solutions for construction projects.
• Review and approve engineering plans and specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies and environmental assessments.
• Supervise and manage field personnel to ensure quality work.
• Maintain relationships with local authorities to facilitate project approvals.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree preferred, especially in a specialized engineering field

Experience

• 5+ years’ experience with extensive knowledge of structural engineering principles
