Job Description

As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, you will perform ultrasound examinations, record and interpret diagnostic data, and communicate findings to medical professionals. This role is vital in the early detection of medical conditions and contributes greatly to patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct ultrasound examinations to capture precise images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Analyze and correlate diagnostic data, presenting results to medical professionals.
  • Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure smooth workflow and optimal patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain equipment readiness.
  • Conduct patient interaction to explain procedures and alleviate concerns.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on ultrasound techniques and protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Sonography or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in ultrasound diagnostics
Technical Skills
  • Advanced Sonography Techniques
Certifications
  • Advanced Certification in a specialized area of medical sonography (e.g., Obstetrics)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
