Job Description

As a Hotel Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a pleasant stay. You will handle check-ins, assist with inquiries, and coordinate guest services to ensure a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a smile and assist with check-in/out.
  • Address guest concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with various departments to enhance guest experience.
  • Supervise front desk operations during shifts.
  • Assist in training new front desk staff.
  • Prepare reports on guest feedback and room occupancy.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in hotel or front desk operations
