Assembler and Fabricator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembler and Fabricator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing various valves, adhering to strict quality standards and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines for valve production.
• Assemble components using hand and power tools to complete the valve assembly.
• Perform comprehensive tests on finished products to ensure functionality.
• Keep accurate records of welding and assembly processes.
• Contribute feedback for process optimization.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• National diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Valve assembly techniques
• Welding techniques

Certifications

• Health and Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with international valve standards: Knowledge of international standards for valve manufacturing.
