Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Tech Innovations Inc., you will ensure our software products meet the highest standards of quality. Collaborating with developers and project managers, you will develop and execute test plans, identify bugs, and recommend corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective testing strategies to enhance product quality.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with stakeholders to validate product performance.
• Capture and analyze user feedback to improve future product iterations.
• Use testing tools and software to automate testing where applicable.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the QA team.
• Ensure the application of QA best practices across all projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of quality assurance experience, preferably in a tech environment

• API Testing Tools

Certifications

• Quality Management System (ISO 9001)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
• Understanding of Security Testing: Knowledge and experience in security testing practices and tools.
