Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer in our Port Elizabeth team, you will be at the forefront of improving operational efficiency. You’ll leverage your engineering knowledge to design workflows that enhance productivity and meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Implement Lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency.
• Design and test new manufacturing processes for improved quality.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive projects from concept to completion.
• Utilize statistical analysis to identify trends and drive decisions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Provide ongoing training and support to manufacturing staff.
• Complete feasibility studies for new projects and technologies.
• Monitor production metrics and suggest actionable plans for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing environments
