We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in residential architectural design, along with a creative mindset and attention to detail. You'll be involved in all phases of project development, from concept design through to construction documentation, ensuring that each project reflects the client’s vision while adhering to local regulations and sustainability principles.

Responsibilities

• Innovate and implement architectural solutions for diverse residential designs.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for client review, including sketches and models.
• Liaise with municipal bodies to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Evaluate project performance post-completion to gather insights for future designs.
• Advise clients on material selection and sustainability options.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Urban Planning or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in design and construction of residential projects

Technical Skills

• Building Codes Knowledge
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Negotiation

Certifications

• SACAP Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent
