We are seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems and components. You will work on innovative projects that focus on sustainability and cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain electrical engineering designs.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects in project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
• Evaluate and select suppliers and contractors based on project requirements.
• Implement electrical protection schemes and system security.
• Assist in project budget estimation and management.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Prepare and present project proposals and timelines.
• Research and recommend new technologies and practices in electrical engineering.
• Document project progress and present findings to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's in Electrical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical project management

• Power Systems Analysis
• Renewable Energy Systems

Certifications

• Certified Energy Manager (CEM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
