As a Project Manager (Engineering) based in Pretoria, you will lead engineering projects, coordinating with team members and external stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering projects.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct project risk assessment and implement strategies to minimize risks.
• Analyze project performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Engage with clients to confirm project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior project staff in project methodologies.
• Foster a positive team environment and facilitate team development.
• Document project processes and prepare post-project reports.
• Maintain effective relationships with vendors and contractors.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is an advantage

• 5+ years of experience managing engineering projects
