Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to manage our financial records accurately. This role requires a proactive individual with strong attention to detail who is capable of juggling multiple tasks. Your responsibilities will include maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and reconciling bank statements. Experience with accounting software is essential.

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions timely and accurately.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices and financial reports.
• Assist in tax audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies.
• Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding accounts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional certifications such as CIMA or ACCA are highly regarded.

Experience

• At least 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting-related roles
