Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion.

• Review and approve project drawings and specifications.
• Maintain project timelines and budgets while ensuring high-quality results.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses.
• Create visual presentations and models for client meetings.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations.
• Mentor junior architects and design staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Master's degree in Urban Planning is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in architecture

Technical Skills

• BIM Software
• 3D Rendering

Soft Skills

• Leadership

Certifications

• Professional Architect Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent
