Responsibilities

• Design innovative mechanical components and systems.
• Conduct reliability and performance testing on engineering designs.
• Generate detailed design specifications and reports.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the manufacturing team.
• Work closely with project managers to align engineering deliverables with project goals.
• Analyze data and metrics to improve design processes.
• Implement effective solutions to engineering problems.
• Coordinate with suppliers on materials and components.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field
