Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be crucial in managing clinical trials and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. You're expected to work collaboratively with researchers, monitor patient data, and contribute to scientific papers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage timeline and budgets of clinical trials.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with trial sites and investigators.
  • Monitor patient safety and data integrity throughout the trial processes.
  • Assist in the development of clinical trial protocols and manuals.
  • Provide ongoing training to site staff on regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare for and participate in audits and inspections.
  • Create trial progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review and approve site recruitment advertisements.
  • Collaborate with data management teams for data analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategies for trial recruitment and retention.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology or Medicine
  • Certification in clinical trial management is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in clinical research
