Responsibilities
Drive the recruitment strategy and talent acquisition efforts.
Roll out induction and training for new employees.
Advise on employee relations matters and performance issues.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the workplace.
Contribute to the development of HR strategies.
Engage in staff wellness programmes and activities.
Support the HR team in administrative tasks.
Facilitate talent development and training sessions.
Maintain HR databases and records accurately.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Experience
3+ years in a generalist HR role
