Responsibilities

• Assess training needs through surveys and interviews.
• Develop tailored training programs that meet company goals and employee needs.
• Facilitate training sessions, ensuring an engaging and interactive experience.
• Measure training outcomes and make data-driven improvements.
• Produce training materials, including manuals and online resources.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to support staff engagement initiatives.
• Research and implement new training technologies and methodologies.
• Provide ongoing recommendations for professional development opportunities.
• Review and update existing training content as necessary.
• Promote a culture of learning and professional development among employees.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in learning and development or a training role
