Job Description

We are seeking a Key Account Director to spearhead our efforts in managing strategic client accounts. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and retention while driving the growth of our service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead efforts to enhance client satisfaction and retention rates.
• Organize training sessions for clients on new services and products.
• Evaluate account performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Foster a culture of feedback to continuously improve client interactions.
• Act as a thought leader and resource for clients, advising on best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns for accounts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service levels.
• Mentor junior team members on account management best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 8+ years in a similar role, with leadership experience
