• Matric / Grade 12 qualification
• Degree in Business Management or related field preferred
• Team Leadership Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team.
• Sales Strategy Development Experience in developing effective sales strategies.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Service Orientation Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Retail Management Certification
• First Aid Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)
