Job Description

We are seeking an Investment Banker to join our Johannesburg team. This role will involve providing strategic advice and financial solutions to our clients, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, and other investment banking services. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and structures for financing transactions.
• Conduct presentations to clients, showcasing our investment strategies.
• Monitor portfolio performance and suggest adjustments as necessary.
• Engage in networking events to build industry connections and partnerships.
• Assist in preparing regulatory compliance reports.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• MBA or relevant professional certificates preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or capital markets

Languages

• English: Fluent
