Job Description

As an E-commerce Manager, your mission will be to oversee our online sales strategy and manage our e-commerce platform effectively. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and utilizing this data to enhance our digital storefront. Your leadership will be key in driving growth and ensuring our e-commerce offerings are competitive.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance e-commerce operations.
  • Train and support staff on e-commerce best practices.
  • Manage budgets for online marketing and product promotions.
  • Create and oversee digital merchandising strategies.
  • Engage with customers through feedback and resolve their concerns promptly.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends and apply them to improve performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is advantageous

  • 4+ years leading e-commerce initiatives
