Job Description

As the Creative Director, you'll spearhead the creative team, implementing innovative strategies to develop compelling designs and marketing campaigns. You will ensure that all creative outputs are not only visually appealing but also align with the overarching goals of the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire creative process from concept through production.
• Work alongside project managers to meet deadlines.
• Encourage team members to think outside the box.
• Quality control on all visual and design elements before they go live.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for team skill enhancement.
• Manage external collaborations with freelancers and contractors.
• Cultivate relationships with clients to understand their vision.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or related field
• Additional certifications in Project Management preferred

Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in a creative role with managerial experience
