Job Description

We need an enthusiastic Online Education Specialist who can leverage technology to enhance our online learning programs. You will curate and create instructional materials, manage e-learning systems, and ensure that the content aligns with educational standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and training sessions for faculty on online education best practices.
• Implement feedback systems to gather insights from students and faculty on e-learning tools.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends in educational technology and e-learning methodologies.
• Work closely with IT to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the online education platform.
• Participate in the strategic planning of course offerings and program development.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in online education.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in online education or e-learning development

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Content Creation Tools

• Communication
• Project Management

Certifications

• Certified Online Learning Consultant (COLC)

Languages

• English: Fluent
