Looking for a Civil Project Manager with a passion for innovative construction to join our growing team in Cape Town. This role involves project planning, execution monitoring, and ensuring that all engineering standards are adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and present project proposals and budgets.
• Assist in the development of project plans and schedules.
• Liaise with government authorities for project approvals.
• Implement project management best practices to improve efficiency.
• Evaluate and select subcontractors and vendors.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead project meetings and manage communication between stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management within civil engineering
