Job Description

We are seeking a skilled BI Analyst to join our team and leverage data to provide actionable insights. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in extracting, processing, and analyzing large datasets, helping our clients make informed decisions and improve business performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with IT to ensure data architecture supports business intelligence initiatives.
• Prepare analytical reports for leadership to support strategic planning.
• Assist in training team members on BI tools and data interpretation.
• Monitor data trends and suggest improvements to business strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, or related field
• Master's education preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a BI Analyst role or similar position

Technical Skills

• Data Modeling
• R or Python

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• SAP BusinessObjects experience: Familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects for reporting.
