Job Description

As an Insurance Advisor in our Durban office, you will engage with clients to understand their unique insurance needs. You will provide tailored recommendations and support them throughout the insurance process, driving satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate policies.
• Engage with clients to gather information and answer queries.
• Prepare detailed insurance quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Guide clients through the insurance application process.
• Monitor policy renewals and follow up on pending actions.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage client relationships effectively.
• Work collaboratively with team members to optimize workflow.
• Report on sales performance and market trends to management.

Requirements

Education

• Matric / Grade 12
• Degree in Business Administration or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in insurance
