As an Architect with us, you will lead exciting projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate is someone who can blend creativity with technical skills. You’ll conduct site analyses, prepare proposals, and work on developing detailed drawings. Your expertise will help create designs that meet both client expectations and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce creative architectural solutions that align with client visions.
• Coordinate with external consultants and other disciplines as necessary.
• Perform quality assurance on design documents and drawings.
• Manage the design process from conception through completion.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss project scope and timelines.
• Develop and implement strategies for sustainable design.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
