You will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring that our store meets its financial and operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive shopping environment that enhances customer loyalty.

• Facilitate training sessions to continually develop team skills.
• Oversee store layout and product placement for optimal sales.
• Encourage teamwork and strong communication within the store.
• Manage loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage.

Requirements

Education

• Matriculation
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in retail management with leadership experience

Technical Skills

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
