Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales efforts to achieve store goals.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a high standard of customer experience.
  • Manage budgeting and financial forecasting for the store.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability among staff.
  • Conduct staff training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards as per company guidelines.
  • Engage with the local community to promote the store.
  • Report regularly to upper management on store performance and issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Retail Management or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years in retail or customer service management
