• Utilize project management tools to keep track of progress and resources.
• Develop contingency plans to address potential roadblocks.
• Lead project retrospective meetings to capture lessons learned.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers.
• Promote the implementation of best practices in project management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Master's degree in Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing projects

• Scrum Master Certification
