Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Pharmacy Solutions in Port Elizabeth, you will play a vital role in patient health by providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care. Responsibilities

• Provide personalized patient consultations regarding medication therapy.
• Implement and oversee patient medication management plans.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives to enhance pharmacy services.
• Support disease prevention and health promotion activities in the community.
• Foster relationships with healthcare providers to optimize patient health outcomes.
• Monitor and report any medication-related issues or adverse reactions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm)
• Postgraduate qualifications in Pharmacy Management are an advantage.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community pharmacy

• Clinical Knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational

Advantageous
