We are on the lookout for a qualified Clinical Psychologist to join our expanding practice in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a caring and compassionate approach to mental health, alongside robust clinical skills to support clients dealing with various psychological challenges. You will be part of a dynamic team, collaborating with other mental health professionals to improve patient outcomes and deliver optimal care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for clients.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and professional development activities.
  • Educate clients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
  • Conduct research on best practices in mental health treatment.
  • Organize community workshops on mental health awareness.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Psychology
  • Doctorate in Psychology is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in clinical settings
