The ideal candidate will possess a caring and compassionate approach to mental health, alongside robust clinical skills to support clients dealing with various psychological challenges. You will be part of a dynamic team, collaborating with other mental health professionals to improve patient outcomes and deliver optimal care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose mental health disorders through comprehensive assessments.
• Create and implement effective therapy strategies for various age groups.
• Engage clients in therapeutic exercises to promote mental well-being.
• Provide emotional support and coping strategies to clients and their families.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on mental health topics.
• Collaborate with external agencies and services when required.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and case reviews.
• Remain updated with current research and advancements in psychology.
• Foster a positive therapeutic environment conducive to healing.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Psychology
• Doctorate in Psychology is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in clinical settings
