Job Description

Our Durban location is on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager with strong leadership skills and a love for the culinary arts. This role involves overseeing all restaurant operations, from staff management to ensuring top-notch service for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise front-of-house operations and ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Assist in hiring and training new staff, as well as ongoing development.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to maintain a steady flow of quality ingredients.
  • Evaluate and implement marketing strategies to boost restaurant visibility.
  • Facilitate team meetings and address any operational challenges.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork and commitment to high-quality service.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Higher diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in a busy restaurant environment
