Responsibilities

  • Manage guest inquiries and reservations professionally.
  • Assist in planning and executing events from start to finish.
  • Ensure all guest concerns are handled with utmost care and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the front desk staff to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Identify areas for improvement based on guest feedback.
  • Maintain records of guest interactions and reservations accurately.
  • Conduct tours of the hotel for prospective guests.
  • Support the overall strategic goals of the hotel through creative events.
  • Work with vendors and service providers to ensure quality service.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
