Job Responsibilities
  • Manage guest inquiries and reservations professionally.
  • Assist in planning and executing events from start to finish.
  • Ensure all guest concerns are handled with utmost care and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the front desk staff to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Identify areas for improvement based on guest feedback.
  • Maintain records of guest interactions and reservations accurately.
  • Conduct tours of the hotel for prospective guests.
  • Support the overall strategic goals of the hotel through creative events.
  • Work with vendors and service providers to ensure quality service.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Customer Service Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Event Coordination Proficient in organizing and executing various events.
  • Reservation Systems Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and procedures.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve issues amicably.
  • Teamwork Strong ability to work in a team environment.
  • Certified Hospitality Professional
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Basic)

  • Previous experience in luxury hotel settings: Experience working in high-end establishments that prioritize guest experiences.
