Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to refine design aesthetics and functionality.
• Prepare comprehensive architectural documentation for various stages of the project.
• Oversee the approval process for building permits and other regulatory requirements.
• Ensure quality control and compliance throughout the design and construction phases.
• Engage with local authorities to facilitate project compliance and approvals.
• Participate in project presentations and pitches to potential clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the architecture field, specifically in residential design

Technical Skills

• Architectural Design Software
• Sustainable Design Practices

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Client Relations

Certifications

• Certified Green Building Professional

Languages

• Afrikaans: Fluent

Advantageous

• Project Management Certification: Certification in project management is a plus.
