Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical designs using CAD software.
• Perform testing and validation of designs and prototypes.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality control.
• Provide technical support for product launches and updates.
• Review and analyze project specifications and requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering

Technical Skills

• ANSYS
• Project Management

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng) certification
• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles: Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards: Understanding of ISO 9001 quality management standards.
