We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our Johannesburg team. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough financial analysis, prepare detailed reports, and provide insights that will guide our financial strategies. Responsibilities

• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure financial accountability.
• Maintain financial models to support ongoing financial analysis.
• Analyze market trends to inform financial strategies.
• Provide guidance on cost management and revenue enhancement initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation for external audits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Master's degree in Finance is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field

Technical Skills

• Financial Reporting
• SAP or other ERP systems

Certifications

• Certified Financial Analyst

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in the Banking Sector: Previous experience in a banking or financial institution.
