Job Description

We invite a passionate Clinical Psychologist to become a part of our dedicated team in Cape Town. You will play a crucial role in facilitating mental health recovery by delivering personalized therapy and implementing effective treatment strategies for clients from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

  • Review HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
  • Train HR and management staff on compliance standards and practices.
  • Manage compliance investigations and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Create compliance documents and maintain records of compliance activities.
  • Liaise with legal counsel on HR compliance matters.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to employment practices.
  • Utilize HR metrics to inform compliance improvements.
  • Develop strategies to communicate compliance expectations company-wide.
  • Monitor and report on compliance performance indicators.
  • Lead initiatives to foster an ethical work environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Advanced degree in HR or a related field preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of HR management experience with a focus on compliance
