Job Description

Seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our recruitment processes in Johannesburg. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, engage with potential candidates, and promote our company culture to attract top talent. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to identify their needs and implement effective hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Conduct candidate sourcing through various channels, including online networks.
  • Assess candidate skills and qualifications using targeted interview techniques.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote company hiring.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining strong employer branding.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a corporate setting
