Job Description

As the Global HR Manager, you will lead our HR initiatives in Sandton, ensuring alignment with our company goals. You will develop and implement effective HR strategies that attract, retain, and motivate talent, creating a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop workforce planning strategies to meet business needs.
  • Ensure that employee records are maintained accurately and confidentially.
  • Advise on conflict resolution strategies and disciplinary procedures.
  • Support strategic initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with line managers to identify training needs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for retention.
  • Facilitate team-building activities to promote collaboration.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR trends to develop best practices.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on HR metrics to stakeholders.
  • Engage with external vendors for HR services and solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Advanced degree in HR Management preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive HR management experience
