Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Training Program Developer to design and implement effective training solutions. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify training needs and develop customized programs that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify organizational training needs through surveys and interviews.
  • Design tailored training programs that are user-friendly and effective.
  • Lead group training sessions, ensuring maximum engagement and participation.
  • Monitor and assess learner performance to adapt training approaches.
  • Research and implement best practices in adult learning principles.
  • Provide coaching and support for trainers across departments.
  • Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling and resource allocation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development roles
