We are currently seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing first-level technical assistance to our clients, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network services. Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to users experiencing technical difficulties.
• Analyze and evaluate client feedback to enhance support offerings.
• Create and maintain user guides or tutorials for common issues.
• Assist the IT department in regularly updating IT documentation.
• Work collaboratively with IT professionals to enhance the knowledge base.
• Provide feedback on areas for improvement in the IT support process.
• Administer and monitor help desk software effectiveness.
• Conduct regular system checks to ensure all hardware is functioning correctly.
• Establish good working relationships with all stakeholders.
• Assist peers with complex technical problems while fostering a team-oriented work environment.

Advantageous

• Familiarity with ticketing systems: Experience with tools like Zendesk or Jira Service Desk.
