Responsibilities

• Assess risk factors in insurance applications for a wide range of coverage options.
• Develop customized coverage solutions in consultation with clients.
• Monitor and evaluate existing policies to make necessary changes in response to changing client needs.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated with industry best practices.
• Respond to inquiries and provide guidance for reasons behind underwriting decisions.
• Foster relationships with agents and clients to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in underwriting roles or related fields
