Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence efforts and manage timelines for various transactions.
• Create detailed pitch books and client presentations for investment opportunities.
• Consult with external consultants and advisors to maximize client outcomes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance client financial performance.
• Engage with stakeholders on investment strategies and financial solutions.
• Assess financial risks associated with client investments.
• Coordinate project management activities to ensure successful execution.
• Supervise and mentor junior analysts and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
• MBA or CFA designation is highly regarded

Experience

• 3-7 years of experience in investment banking or financial advisory

Certifications

• CFA Level II (or higher)
