Responsibilities

• Lead SEO initiatives across multiple client accounts to ensure consistent results.
• Review and update SEO policies and procedures regularly.
• Train junior SEO staff on best practices and tools.
• Analyze site architecture and provide recommendations for improving user experience.
• Create a backlink strategy to improve overall SEO performance.
• Develop comprehensive SEO guidelines for content creators.
• Facilitate SEO workshops and training sessions within the team.
• Encourage continuous learning in SEO and digital marketing improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in SEO with demonstrated success.

• HubSpot SEO Certification

Languages
