We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from inception to completion while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project life cycles from initiation through closure, ensuring successful delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions for project initiation.
• Engage with stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals.
• Evaluate project performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Mentor junior project coordinators and team members.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to learn and improve future projects.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Agile Certification is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years in project management roles
